COMMISSION INFO

During commission openings, you will have to fill out and submit Commission form to apply for a commission slot!

What I will draw:

✅Humans / Furries / Anthro
✅LGBTQ+ & Pride flags
✅Interior & Exterior scenes
✅Complex backgrounds
✅Simple vehicles
✅Artistic Freedom

What I won't draw:

❌ NSFW / fetish art
❌ Anything hateful or offensive
❌ Gore, violence, heavy blood

> Commission process :

1. Submit your request - Fill out the google form
- Contact method, ex: discord handle
- Link reference: OC ref sheets or drawings.
- Write a detailed description of what you want me to draw.
- Got a pose in mind? Throw it in as well!!
- Link additional images to convey the mood or vibe you are looking for! IMPORTANT!!
2. Slot Confirmation and Sketch
- I'll check and ask follow up questions. Then final price will be provided.
- If you agree. You'll be add to the queue.
- I'll send a rough sketch for approval when I get your commission
3. Confirmation of Sketch + Payment is sent
- I won't accept cancellations after this point.
- At this stage after payment. If you want to change something please let me know.
- Current turnaround after payment and approval is approximately 1-8 business days.
4. Artwork Process:
- WIP screenshot updates available if you request for it. (e.g lineart.)
- Check Trello, it will be updated frequently.
- Small edit can be made during the making of artwork.
- Drastic / Large edits will have extra fees.
5. Artwork completed & Delivery:
- We'll review the finished artwork together. Small edits are still possible.
- Drastic / Large edits will have extra fees.
- The final full res artwork will be delivered to you via email or your desired medium.

  • Prices listed are base prices they can change depending on character or background complexity.

  • Commissioned art is for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

-At least 1920 x 1080 resolutionThere isn't really a limit on complexity for this illustrations.^^

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning any artwork from me (the artist), you (the commissioner) are stating that you have read and agree to the following conditions. I will work under the assumption that you agreed to them.

1. Cancellations & Refusals

  • I reserve the right to fuse or cancel and refund any commission for any reason.

  • You must be 18 years or older to commission me

  • I do not accept commissions from anyone showing or promoting hate, harassment, or illegal activity.

  • No inappropriate behavior towards me including harassment, unwanted advances, stalking or threats.

  • TOS violations or inappropriate behavior will result in cancellations of the commission, backlisting, loss of usage right over the artwork and no refunds.

2. Conduct & Requirements

  • Provide clear visual character references and have permission to use them.

  • I will follow your descriptions and reference to the letter but it you are not specific in what you want, I will assume artistic freedom.

  • You can ask me for progress updates, But don't rush me, pressure, or demand updates excessively. Check Trello for frequent updates.

  • Deadlines or privacy requests must be agreed upon before work begins.

  • Full artistic freedom commissions may incur extra fees if you later request major changes.

  • I won't accept character descriptions without art of them as visual reference.

3. Rights & Usage

I retain full copyright and commercial rights to the artwork. If you require any changes to these permissions, make sure we agree before working begins:

By default, the artist can:

  • Post WIP or record or stream the process to the public.

  • Share final artwork publicly including social media and promo material.

  • Use the artwork commercially (e.g., Prints, Merch, Portfolio, Patron).

  • Repurpose unused sketches for other projects.

By default, commissioners always have the right to:

  • Repost the art with creditation.

  • Edit or use it for personal, non commercial purpose (e.g, profile pictures / banners, printing on personal items).

Commissioners may NOT:

  • Use it for any commercial purposes.

  • Claim it as your own, refuse to credit me or remove signatures.

  • Use it for offensive or harmful purposes.

  • Use it for NFTs and or AI training or generation.

Do not use any of my art (commissioned or not) for AI training or generation.
Commercial use, copyright transfer, or privacy must be negotiated beforehand.

4. Selection, Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are in USD only.

  • If selected, you must reply within 72 hours or the slot may be reassigned.

  • Payment is required after sketch approval and before line art begins.

  • Your commission slot is officially secured once payment is completed.

  • You agree not to open disputes or chargebacks during the making of the commission or after files have been delivered.

Failure to pay or communicate issues will result in cancellation of the slot.

  • No refund after sketch approval.

  • Full 100% refund only if I can't complete your commission within 3 months or if must cancel due to events in my own life.

5. Process & Revisions

  • Turnaround is up to 3 months from payment confirmation ; delays will be communicated.

  • You'll receive at least one WIP update for approval.

  • Five small edits are free; larger edits may cost extra.

  • Major changes after a stage is approved will incur fees or be refused.

  • My mistakes are corrected free during WIP; unclear info will incur fees.

  • A larger edit is any change requiring major rework (e.g, new character, changing pose, full redraw, or anything requiring remaking a part from the ground up.)

  • Please let me know if you cannot reponds regularly and want me to carry on working with my own judgement. I will still send updates.

  • If you dont respond within a week after I updated you, I will proceed with completing the work using my won judgement while still providing updates. For an order with a set deadline, the waiting period will be a max of 3 days.

6. Delivery

  • Final digital files sent by email or chosen platform.

  • No edits after completion, except small fixes.

  • Let me know if you prefer not to be credited when I post the artwork!

  • I'm not responsible for file loss, corruption or misuse by third parties after files have been delivered.

  • It's your responsibility to retain backups of artwork files after delivery.
